Absolutely Fantastic experience here! Company took great care to design this place for storing RV’s and Trailers! Extremely convenient with onsite water/air/power and dump station. The pricing is also outstanding for what you get! 👍🏼 Management was exceptional! Thanks again!

This place has been great so far. I had a little bit of a confusing ask for them but they were very accommodating and respectful with helping get it done. The facility is very clean with lots of security cameras so makes storing vehicles there a great choice

I bought a brand new Toy Hauler and wasn't just going to drop it off anywhere,I have Been storing it here for over six months now with not one issue yet,The lot is secure and gates are high it seems that everyone that stores their trailers and other items there cares about them,The dump station is great I use it almost every time I come back,before I rented here I seen alot of complaints about the prices,Its worth every penny knowing my trailer is secure

Modesto RV & Boat Storage is the best! Beatriz was so kind and helpful! She knew exactly what my concerns were before I even expressed them! She answered all my questions, showed me the amenities they offer which honestly was the best part! Air - especially because we off road and for our trailer they have the waste dump(my hubby does that) so HE appreciates that! It’s safe and secure! Just ask for Beatriz and tell her I sent you!! ;)
